1.26 EXP: Clothing size first impressions
Feedback, NormalPublic

Description

I like the hardcore of shrinking slots.

But this still needs some work.
Less slots is good, but there are items in the game that are way too big with the change.

ex. Bandages shouldn't take up 2 slots
Flashlight 3 slots? it's not a maglite... or add a smaller dimmer variant that's 2 slots.

NBC Clothes are HUGE in comparison of trying to hold an entire suit in your pants...
Maybe you're adding a pouch or collector case that you can fold the clothes into. I hope this is the case as they're already too big on normal sized slots!

Gas canisters, Doesn't even fit in some clothes now. and IRL these canisters are maybe twice as big as the water bottle in game. They aren't 12 gallon propane tanks.

Please take this into consideration for vanilla.

Duct tape,
An item you need all the time to fix items.
Lets get strips that can be stacked, but they take twice as long to apply because you'd need to peel them apart.

The roll would be continuous use.
keep the roll at 2x2

Lets make Ducttape strips from the roll.
Cutting the roll loses quality and maybe some quantity.
but make the strips 1x2, or even 1x3... Also Stackable!
So the process of applying these strips takes extra time to use.

Leather kit. IRL these can be rolled up.
Make a crafting action that rolls it up before you put it in your bag. Takes time, leaves you vulnerable, but usable.

Jerrycan takes 20L. They are nowhere near 2 bottles of water, they should not go in anything than a big backpack - in fact they should not go into a backpack whatsoever

My apologies

all good, just clarifying.
The Jerry can fitting into anything and not being super heavy is it's own issue.

Very old wiki... https://dayz.fandom.com/wiki/Mod:Jerry_Can
But 20 liters/5.2lbs is around 45lbs which I as an average out of shape person, am not moving quickly with. and sure aint putting in a backpack easily. At least there are no longer any pants I can fit it into now.
