I recently trying to play ARMA 3, but had the Error code: (0x0000016A) then 0x0000DEAD -
I have tried verifying the files via Steam as well as uninstalling and re-installing the game. I have tried to create new profile folders to launch from, but the game launcher does not recognise them, even if renamed, and I am unable to find the orginal profiles which it is trying to launch from. I have tried launching it in safe mode, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
I am unsure what elese there is to try, would there be a way which I can blank out the launcher and remove any presets that it has for a "clean, from new" start? (i.e. remove any information the game is trying to launch from and create a "new game account" for it to function from?
