BattlEye error preventing me from joining any game

Description

Whenever I join any server, I could play for around a minute, then everything around me freezes (can't interact with anything and all entities around me stop moving), then I get kicked out of the server. It says this after being kicked

"Warning (0x000400F0) You were kicked off the game. BattlEye (Client not responding)".

Steps To Reproduce

I do not know how to reproduce it as I do not know what has caused it. But it happens everytime I login to any server.

Additional Information

I am running:
Launcher version: 1.6.158399
Game version: 1.25.158396

I have recently changed my Internet Service Provider and I do not know if this has triggered the issue. I play other games but have not faced any issues with connectivity whatsoever. DayZ is the only game that does have this issue.

Things I have tried to do but have failed:

  • I have tried verifying the integrity of the game / reinstalled the game.
  • I removed the BattlEye folder from the DayZ game folder, then verified integrity of the game.
  • I do not have any VPN or proxy running.
  • I have manually setup my network to be IPV4 as default.
  • I have made sure my firewall is setup right and allows connections through. (see firewall screenshot)
  • I believe BattlEye is enabled since I can see a "tick" in the BattlEye section in the DayZ launcher. (see BattlEye screenshot)
  • I've read from someone who had a similar issue that there might be a BattlEye window hidden somewhere in the corner of the screen when launching the game, and apparently this window has a "tick" button that allows you to accept BattlEye. I do not see this window and cannot locate it. For your information, I have a 3 screen setup so I am not sure if this box is supposed to be somewhere.

Are you able to test the game on different network so we could rule out issues with your network?

Hey Geez, I believe you are right and the issue is probably my new ISP. I am located in the Middle East and my ISP gave me a Static IP that has optimized routing to European servers. I have tried using a different network that doesn't have optimized routing by connecting to a mobile hotspot and the game runs fine. It seems that BattlEye classifies optimized routing under the same category as a VPN and is kicking me out because of it. It is quite frustrating because all the games work fine on my main network except DayZ due to the way BattlEye works. And I cannot even play DayZ reliably using a mobile hotspot because the ping fluctuates uncontrollably. I'm not sure if there's a way around this.
