When you customise and save a character it doesn’t load that character in game and instead does a random one and even after respawning as ‘custom character’ it still doesn’t load as your custom character, i wish for this to be fixed please

We did not find any issues, are you sure you are following these steps?
- go to main menu
- cycle through characters until you find one with CUSTOMIZE CHARACTER (not RENAME) option - this is the default one
- customize and SAVE your character
- connect to server - if there is no existing character on the server, the spawned one will be the customized one
- if it does not work, kill the character and upon respawn when you select CUSTOM your character will be spawned

Does the instructions you have sent me work for PS4 because that is the console that I am playing on and the custom character doesn’t work for my friend either can you possibly validate that it is PS4 instructions please

Yes, this is for PS4 as well. Do you have this problem on just only a specific server?

Servers with custom loadouts when you spawn in have some sort of bug which doesn't allow you to choose 'custom' and if you do it'll just give you one anyway.
