Never seen that before. But google results are pretty clear its some thing that causes alot of issues.

Find out what it is, and get rid of it. Sounds like some bad gamepad/joystick software, results also indicate running 32bit version of Arma would make it not crash, though we don't recommend using the 32bit version.
