Request:
Add Voice Activity Detection settings/Volume Gate for people using 'Talk Toggle'.

Reasoning:
Coming from ARMA 3 with TS3, one of the main features I miss is having my direct chat configured for activity detection over push-to-talk.
The current implementation of Talk Toggle is insanely sensitive without the ability to configure a volume/noise gate. This leads to Talk Toggle being a continuous transmission over voice-activated unless you're in an anechoic chamber.
Voice Activity Detection helps add to the immersion with fellow squadmates' reactions to events in real-time, without needing to hit a push-to-talk key.

With the implementation the UI element to potentially switch to a White Lock when Talk Toggle is enabled and a Yellow Lock when in use, to help people configure their sweet spot for volume gate settings.
