Issue Description:
When you are spam swapping slots behind a truck you can get stuck. Players are not able to exit by self or even GM isn't able to move/teleport player out of the vehicle. I've witnessed this issue also with the BTR.
Also it might happen if multiple players are mounting at the same time but I haven't been able to confirm this yet.

In this case there wasn't seat swtiching. Don't know if its related to checking gunners injuries after he got in the commander seat.
