As the title says, cutting up guts when you have no gloves on should make the hands get bloody.

This could be also done for if a character is holding any piece of raw meat, their hands should get bloody. This may unbalance gameplay but it adds more to the survival aspect of the game, a player must be mindful when dealing with raw meat at all times.
