When I Start Dayz Launcher it looks fine, but the moment I want to connect on a Server the game crash with Error Code 0x00000001 - UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI.
I already tried to get an older graphic driver version but it's still not working.
I reinstalled dayz as well...

Please make sure you have enough allocated memory as the crash seems to point towards not having enough memory.
Also make sure there is no other software running that consumes excessive amounts of memory. You could also delete the DayZ folder from documents (make sure Steam cloud sync is disabled) and verify the game data through Steam.

same problem as before... there is way enough memory. The PC is installed brand new and nothin else is open.

Can you please try the following?
Verify the game data through Steam and delete the configuration files when prompted to do so (Make sure Steam Cloud Sync is disabled prior to doing this) or delete the C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder manually
Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters
