I could not loot an item yesterday (same loot spot / different item [the item was smaller for sure])
Today as on screen (I moved it a little but there should be no other loot spots so near, so it seems relevant), I was not able to loot it through vicinity, only with the F button.

There clearly is some sort of an issue, please check.
