I haven't seen this reported, assume it's a known bug, but incase it's not.
When you respawn, the 30 seconds after you are stuck in a rubberband action as the server fights the client and pulls your player around the map.
Sometimes doors don't open, usually you'll just be trying to run in a direction and get pulled back like you've never moved.

I've seen this with many streamers on various maps. All I assume are community hosted, especially the custom maps.
I haven't played much since the update so my personal experience is limited.
I'll jump on official later tonight and test personally and capture video of it happening.
