I have done some testing and talked to other server owners on different discords. Multiple are reporting the samething but it's only on scaled up objects. Their work around/fix is one of two options.

Turn build anywhere options off or add none scaled up surfaces just slightly under the scaled surface so the tents have something to fall on after packing.

Unfortunately this can occur with scaled objects due to engine limitations. Nothing we can do on our end right now.
