When i am a mile away from a infected they seem to start heading my way, Like they are Agro'ed or something, even sneaking doesn't help if you try to sneak you will get spotted by a infected either way and sneaking behind them with a knife they still Agro, and sneaking in the Rain they still get Alerted. Infected are broken.
