Ever since 1.25 you can no longer mine stones from the following mossy rocks on Livonia. This is a severe issue making it very very difficult to get stones as most rocks on Livonia are mossy. As a temporary fix I had to add a lot of stones to spawns via CLE. Please address this as soon as possible.
