This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game:

I was approaching 'Svyatoy Roman' during dusk and I noticed this weird line texture through the sky. I thought it may have been smoke from a fire but on a closer look it appears to just be a texture bug. In screenshot attached, its the darkish line to the right of the vertical reticle.
