Issue Description: Since, 1.2.0.12 I've noticed during vehicle dismount, despite no FPS loss there appears to be a weird case of 'stuttering' after exiting a vehicle while moving your mouse. Appears apparent when exiting the vehicle under contact and attempting to quickly look towards the enemy.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Exit a vehicle in first person
  2. While exiting a vehicle, move your mouse around and you'll notice 'stuttering' despite no FPS loss while closing the door to the vehicle
