Issue Description: Interrupting a reload by going into the prone stance causes a persistent stoppage which is unable to be cleared until you change stance.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open Game Master - Spawn an AI - Right Click AI - Take Control
  2. Fire weapon until the magazine is empty
  3. Reload and go into the prone position before the magazine goes into the magwell
  4. Attempt to reload / fire while prone (Stoppage should be constant)
  5. Stand up, stoppage should be able to be cleared by reloading
