Issue Description:

Some optics reduce aim sensitivity too much. It is specially noticeable on american binoculars M22 and soviet B12. Focusing vision with RMB also changes sensitivity (it seems intended and feels good, but I'm pointing it out just in case it is related). Changing zoom level on the scope for the american rifle M21 does not seem to change sensitivity. I seems to be item related.
