I believe my scenario may be causing some packet loss. What kind of things (modding wise) can cause packet loss in a scenario?
I think this because one other person who runs my scenario has reported the same issue in discord.

Steps To Reproduce
I see this randomly, usually on both of my dedicated servers at the same time when they are generally both at or near max capacity (32 players), which makes me think its either some scripting error in my scenario, or a hardware issue on my rented server. I want to troubleshoot this scenario before contacting the servers support team.
Additional Information
I rent a server from OVH which should have plenty of bandwidth available for the two 32 player servers Im hosting on my dedicated server.
