Issue Description:

Constantly getting group=1'REPLICATION', reason=6 'STALLED'

You cannot play on any official or community servers modded or unmodded, join the server and after around 2-3 mins disconnect with the error.

the 2-3 mins prior I can move around but cannot interact with anything

I have tried multiple fixes, including restarts and network fixes.

My connection is wired, fast, and stable.

noting the bohemia server tab sometimes reports constant 999+ ping

overall has made the game completely unplayable for 2+ weeks
