I realize that it may partially harm the community, but I would like to see a rule for publication, where it was forbidden to post a mod to the Steam workshop, where there is a redirect to any IP.
A lot of servers use this and prevents healthy competition, and people think that there is a lot of online, but in fact there are 30 people, and that they play on the conditional "Petya Pupkin", although they went to the "Very difficult server | MAP + PARTY + G-Wagen + TRADER".

Or I would like to see a shadow ban imposed by some community moderators, so that such servers do not appear at least in the official launcher.

Perhaps I'm talking nonsense, but I'm really sick of it.
All servers not counting a couple of exceptions provided on the screen have redirection to another IP, and have all the same number of mods with the same names:
