OnHit event handler for SCR_DamageManager

Description

At this moment there is no way to check if some entity (character, vehicle) was hit by something except extremely clumsy way with overriding/modding hit zones. Consider adding additional ScriptInvoker that would fire event if it's parent entity was hit by something to SCR_DamageManager.
