Playing on Xbox. When using scopes in 2D mode, the screen usually starts being black then the reticle slowly comes into view over about 2 seconds. It is slower the larger the zoom. Also, there is a considerable FPS drop while using the scope.

Steps To Reproduce
Playing on Xbox, equip a scope then ADS. If you toggle scope sometimes it will “save” the position you were in but most times it starts from black screen. After the black screen the scope circle will come into view like a crescent shape. It’s usually not too bad to handle with a 2X but something like the 8X or the scope on the mounted base machine guns is horribly slow.
Normal iron sights are not an issue.
