Description

PA system stopped working on Livonia map (enoch) after 1.24 update
You can plug the battery in and turn it on, but it wont work if you want to say something through it

Steps To Reproduce

Put the Car Battery/Truck Battery in the PAS Control Panel
Turn it on by pressing F by default controls setting
Say something into game voicechat
Now you are unable to hear yourself through the PA system

Additional Information

PA system is still working on Chernarus (Chernarusplus)
But after 1.24 patch it somehow stopped working on Livonia.
