Kick cause code: group=3 'BATTLEYE', reason=1 'CLIENT_NOT_RESPONDING'

Before 3-4 weeks ago, I did NOT EVER get this error when joining a server. DarkGru has 10 servers, 5 of which are Conflict. I cannot join any of these 5 conflict servers. This issue would occur with usually one or two servers which I didn't play anyway so this error wasn't a big deal to me initially up until like 2 days ago.

I don't even know what changed on my end or the server's end that I play on, because I combed through my computer for conflicting antivirus and network monitoring software, I uninstalled and reinstalled Battleye multiple times and have done multiple computer restarts, I changed my internet, and tried playing on another network, and it still didn't work. I actually tried 4 (!!!) different networks, and I still get this error. I cannot join any of the DarkGru servers, not even the PvE ones, I don't get this issue with vanilla, but I am not seeking to play vanilla. ANY help would be amazing. I've been ripping my hair out trying to fix this error code and cannot find any solutions on the internet.

Steps To Reproduce

I'm not sure how this can be reproduced. Yesterday some rough troubleshooting was done by me and Bacon to try and see if this was on my end or his servers end. He changed server locations for all the conflict servers to a host in my state (NY), and that's when the issue became a 10 servers-wide issue. Before this location switch, I was able to play on like one or two conflict servers and all the PvE servers. Now I just can't join anything.
