Steps To Reproduce

Equip your binoculars
Get in a mounted or static weapon
Try to right click ( aim ) "*you cant*
Get out, unequip your bino
Get in a mounted or static weapon again
Now you can aim

I can confirm this as well. You have to go back to your gun to use the sights on the mounted MG. It's an issue on vic mounted weapons as well.
