The only way to get a error message and the included report, is to use the DayZ Launcher and you get the "0xC0000374 - STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION". I've restarted Steam, verified integrity of game files, reinstalled DayZ, ran all game starting .exe files in Administrative mode, checked and double-checked windows firewall exceptions, ran windows update, video drivers are updated, and still nothing.

Do you have Steam cloud sync enabled by any chance? If so, please disable it and try to reinstall the game - also make sure to delete the DayZ documents folder.
