This eventgroup with proxy placed vehicles worked before 1.24 now it does not work.

Can you please specify which vehicles do you mean? As we cannot produce any issues.
Also your cfgeventgroups file would be useful for testing.

I use eventgroup to spawn vehicles inside a Json built parking lot. I can provide files if you wish.
