Linux User - Can't connect error 0009 in last two dayz

Description

Hello, I can't connect to any server no matter what i do
-restarted modem and router
-booted system
-tried 6-7 servers

WAS ABLE TO CONNECT USING PROTON HOT FIX IN STEAM
I am trying to bring attention to this issue so it can be resolved. Last it worked was two dayz (get it?) ago 2/25/24

I consider this a major issue for other users like me. I found the solution on a whim. I am hoping to help others that may be locked out of this great game.

Currently we do not officially support proton or linux. Therefore there is nothing I can do for you at the moment.

There is a known bug in Proton 9 and experimental. Use Proton 8.0.5, that works
