NVGs should perform according to effects area and not the current time of day.
NVGs are super bright when in pitch black when it's bright day light outside.
The external environment should not affect the brightness of underground areas.

This is not about the nvg, but the darkness triggers.
When I was creating my own ones, this issue seemed to occur when you had 2 trigger areas overlapping. (on the border)
