Can you please describe the problem in greater detail with repro steps included?

Hi Geez :)

  1. Open "Request personnel" menu
  2. In the lower left corner you find that you cannot order additional forces, since the balance is exhausted and in most cases exceeded

  1. Look for AIs in the base area, but there are none

The AI will sometimes leave their positions and attack the enemy outside the base. It will not return to its original place.
