Item: NV-PVS4 Scope

I am currently unable to repair this either with a weapon cleaning kit or an electrical repair kit. The DayZ Wiki says it should be repairable with the latter.

It feels like a slight kick in the teeth that a rare item retrieved from a contaminated zone can't be repaired, so I figure this must be a bug?
