I had this happen to me a while ago but was not able to reproduce it, now i was able to do it. as you teleport you just jump, and then it gets you stuck in an jumping animation, i also observed that during this time, people at the original location you were in can talk and you can hear them through proximity. You can shoot, but not ads, and if you pull a grenade and attempt to use it, you bug out and can only move.
