It is impossible to build fences or watchtowers on the following models:

structures_roads.pbo
Sidewalks/

Sidewalk3_Narrow_12m.p3d
Sidewalk3_Narrow_4m.p3d
Sidewalk3_Narrow_Corner.p3d
Sidewalk3_Wide_12m.p3d
Sidewalk3_Wide_4m.p3d
Sidewalk3_Wide_Corner.p3d
Sidewalk3_WideB_4m.p3d

Please disable the collision of these sidewalks so players can fortify some sections of a city :D
