I hadn't played 1.23 since it came out, and when I went into DayZ it was very noticeable how slow the mouse moved, despite all the sliders being turned up to maximum.

We did not experience (or have been able to reproduce) this issue on our end nor it has been previously reported.
Have you tried to clear your DayZ folder in documents to see if that resolves the issue?
