When ever I join a server I cant open any doors, get anything from my inventory or pick anything up. Also players and zombies are frozen but I can still move around bit I also do not know what my stamina or food is at.

Unfortunately there is no universal fix as the problem is on the network side of the user. Could be modem settings or something blocked by the ISP. Could also be caused by unstable wi-fi connection.

I have a uk community server on nitrado and have a few players having this issue.
There is too many of us having these issues to simply say its their network.
One solution that worked for us was changing the server location to germany.
No issues so far, however not a viable option for everyone

Yeah I am not exactly sure of the issue. The 1.24 update seems to fix some desync issues but, the issue also happens on experimental as well.
I am hopeful it can be fixed, have a big group that plays but most cannot with immediate desync issues.

Alot of these issues started to occur since they gave server owners access to the ignore list file.
Deleting the items in that file, then saving and restarting did also improve it and is noticable on the server strain graphs too.
Obviously not everone owns a server so this does not help alot of ppl
