Building the second phase of the flagpole adds to precision soft skill negating the strength soft skill.

I've spent the last few days building a base. Chopping trees, mining stone, sawing boards and building structures. During this time I've watched the strength soft skill progress. After building the flagpole base, I noticed that the soft skill progressed towards the precision soft skill, removing the progress of the strength soft skill.
