1st example; After cutting a 65% fish (mackerel) I got mackerel fish fillets that are higher percentage (81% 1st fillet and 84% second fillet). This should be max. equal size or less of the percentage of the caught fish (65%)

Additional Information
I cut the both mackerels with a pristine stone knive
I tested another fish (mackerel) 82%, after cutting with pristine stone knive I got 93% and a 86% fillet
I haven't tested other sorts of fish, but from my thoughts I'm almost sure this happens with all the fish you cut uo. please test!

yup, i noticed that too. no matter what size the fish, it might be the most tiny one, it will always be a minimum of 80% u will receive from cutting them.

Hello everyone.
This is intended, fish fillets are random quantity 80% - 100%.

If that is intended why dont you make full fish always 100%. Makes way more sense. In that way you waste a percentage while cutting it.
It just looks very silly like it is now
