Cant connect to random servers error (0x00010001) servers I played yesterday Community and official, tried verify game files, restarted computer. and also yesterday, server list would load, could never connect..no errors, reported on both issues by multiple users on r/dayz sub reddit as well as having the issue my self
My son loaded into one of the servers without issue, so I know the server was not down.

Can you please try the following?
Using Windows File Explorer. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ
Right click on the program DayZ_BE and "Run as Administrator" (or just run program)
Game Launches.
Select your server.

Works ok for Official servers, but community servers its a no go.. Ive spent 2 hours, waiting to load the server list this way ..when you do see the one you want , it dont give you setup dlc and load mods ..it just tries to connect without mods.
That makes it a no go for a work around.
