i just had to Reformat my laptop after i hve reinstalled the game twice now it has not changed as every time i go to connect to an online match it crashes

This bug is already fixed on Profiling branch. You can switch to that branch in Steam.

As far as I know the crash you showed only happens after disconnecting from a server. But maybe the server is just kicking you and causing it.
