Basically all the other various add-commands for magazines and weapons have had the update that negative value removes the given item, like addWeaponCargo.

However, for some reason this is not available for addWeaponWithAttachmentsCargo/Global , so please add if possible.

In hopes that it would allow removing weapon with matching 'data'.
