Each time you drop a fence kit on top of items on the ground they are unreachable. You can’t see them in your vicinity nor pick them up from the ground.

Drop any item. Then drop a fence kit on directly on top of it.

Since this in regards to a dropped fence kit I would like to add.
When you drop two fence/watchtower/shelter/etc kits on top of one another or craft two in the same spot they’re both unable to be picked up.
