Since yesterday, I have been unable to play DayZ or experimental. DZSA nor the in-game launcher works. I have uninstalled the game in Steam, reinstalled and tried it but I get the same thing occurring. I have uninstalled it from one drive and put it on the C drive and it still has the same issue. I remember seeing that DayZ had some type of update yesterday morning, before I tried to play, but I can't find now what got updated. I have also tried disabling BattleEye on launch, as I saw an older mention about it being the cause on a BSOD/Kernal Mode Heap Corruption but that doesn't work either. On the plus side, it's not taking my entire computer down now, but after trying to launch the game, I get a black screen for several minutes and then the black screen goes away and the game has not launched. I don't see the "pre-graphic" or anything involving the game. I can see the servers that I have favorited, I can see the mods that are on them, but when I try and launch the game, nothing happens.

I upgraded my computer approximately 4 weeks ago, but DayZ was working fine after that. I have gone through all of the BSOD and Kernel Mode Heap Corruption fixes but nothing is working.

Hello IgorLouis.
Have you tried to check your OS for any corrupted files and installations? And have you tried to do a clean install of your video drivers?

It worked but I don't know how it was impacting me in such a significant manner.
Yes, I did all of that. But I did get it fixed but with a totally unconventional manner.
