Hello alvydasx.
This happens due to one of the mods you have installed. Unfortunately we cannot pinpoint which mod specificaly causes this - could be @SFP.

Please try to launch the game without any mods and if the game does not crash without mods, you can try to launch it again with your prefered mods and include -nocharmenu in launch parameters.

If the issue persists even after that, please let us know
