by default when you scroll mouse wheel - your walking speed changes.
but there is another usage of mouse scroll wheel: when you hold tab to see your quickslots - you can scroll through quickslots with you scroll wheel.
The problem is that those two actions overlaps: if you try to scroll through quickslots while walking - you walking speed will change too.

play as infantry
hold tab to see your quick slots bar
move forwart and scroll your mouse wheel
by doing that you will scroll through your quickslots, but in the same time you walking speed changes aswell
