My Gamertag is Noco Jay, I play on Xbox. Every server I attempt to log into freezes on a blurry loading screen. This happens on both community and official servers. This is been going on for two weeks. I've deleted and reinstalled my game, cleared my cache, deleted saved data, etc. I cannot play my game. Can you guys just kill me character on all servers/wipe character data? Version 1.23

I attempted to log into LA 4287. It froze on that screen for 5 minutes, and then gave me a login timeout error. It just let me log into LA 4287 upon a second attempt. However, now I'm desynchronized. My stamina isn't registering and u can't interact with my inventory

This is possibly caused due to issues with your network.
If you have an option to test this with another network to rule out issues with your network please do so.
Also if you are using wi-fi, we always recommend cable connection instead as wi-fi is in general not suited for online gaming.

I have this problem on xbox, and it's not on PlayStation. The boxes stand next to each other and use a cable connection to the router.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
