For the Watchtower bug, myself and some friends have built a base in the serverograd apartments on official and we have some watchtowers on the roof, when we drop things on the ground a floor below the roof it teleports (like an elevator) all the way to the top of the watchtower.

For the second bug we have found, after driving around in a car it seems to make your head tilt and make it look like you are staring into the sky and it sometimes makes it hard to shoot / melee zombies.
