I cannot pick up a drysack that has any items in it and put it in any storage either external or my player inventory but when it is empty it fills up with items I pick up and requires emptying again to be put back in my inventory if I need something that is in it, this is the smaller drysack that is not a backpack

Steps To Reproduce
- fill drysack on ground
- attempt to put drysack in inventory frame turns red will drop back to ground
- remove items from drysack
- pick up drysack place into inventory
- pickup items they will go into the drysack
