It seems that if you are piloting a helicopter and end up crashing the helicopter into an object or ground it will count as you team killing friendly players or AI that were passengers

Steps To Reproduce
Crash helicopter with passengers in the back, make sure when you crash the helicopter explodes so it then kills everyone in it.
