Since the 1.23 update, I have noticed not only from myself, but other players on Reddit who seem to be having an issue with dry sacks not going back into their inventory with items inside of it. The dry sack has to be empty for the dry sack to go back into the inventory. I have read the change logs and didn't see anything about this being changed.
